About
Nestled in the heart of Fairfield, Connecticut, Riko's Pizza Fairfield is quickly making a name for itself among pizza aficionados. Located at 1920 Black Rock Tpke, this modern eatery has been captivating taste buds with its distinctive thin-crust pizzas that cater to a variety of palates. With just a few months under its belt since opening, Riko's has established a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a stylish bar area and an impressive selection of beers on tap.
Riko’s menu showcases an array of pizzas, but it’s their thin crust that steals the spotlight. Patrons like Gery & Michelle have noted the abundant cheese and toppings that create a delightful flavor experience, recalling the beloved flavors of Colony Grill, yet expressing that Riko's takes it a notch higher. It’s obvious from their feedback that the fresh approach to pizza-making here is resonating with both locals and visitors.
For those who appreciate a little kick, the Hot Oil Pizza combined with spicy “stingers” and garlic is a standout recommendation from customers like Shreyash Sharma. Additionally, the veggie pizza has earned accolades for its perfect balance of flavors, as highlighted by Saurabh Moondhra. Each dish seems to cater to both traditionalists and adventurous eaters alike, ensuring every guest finds something to savor.
Riko's commitment to quality is reflected in the glowing reviews from its visitors. Though there have been a few concerns about dish consistency—such as the quality of cheese noted by customer Paul D—the overall sentiment points towards an establishment that’s refining its craft and seeking to provide a memorable dining experience.
With attentive service, as shared by Jonelyn V, and a cozy environment perfect for casual hangouts or a night out, Riko's Pizza Fairfield promises to be more than just another pizza place. It invites you to come discover what all the excitement is about and to relish the delicious creations emanating from their kitchen. Whether you’re a fan of classic flavors or looking to explore new toppings, Riko's aims to satisfy your cravings with every slice.
“ Update: we tried again and the pizza was delicious! Updated form 3 states I think the pizza has potential if someone can get in that kitchen and sort out what’s going on. The crust was delicious, but the cheese was curdled and swimming in grease. We ordered two pies and the ricotta on top looked like it was either expired or reheated. Both shockingly bland (not even the slightest pinch of salt). Both wet. ”
“ Everyone who likes a thin crust pizza will love this place. The pizza style is comparable to Colony Grill but in my opinion even better because there is more cheese and toppings on it and they have great hot oil. The bar area is very nice and they have a good choice of beers on tap. This place just opened 3 months ago so everything looks clean and new. Definitely one of my favorite places for pizza in town. For those who prefer thicker crust I recommend Frank Pepe or Fire Engine Pizza in Black Rock. However, the atmosphere at Riko's is better considering the great bar area and the more modern style. ”
“ We ordered the veggie pizza with thin crust, chili oil and salad. It was perfect. Found as a referral from a family member. Going again this weekend. ”
“ Katie was wonderful, checked in on us and the frequently. Pizza was yummy. My husband was a big fan of the thinner pizza. I was a fan of the spicy sausage. ”
“ Best thin crust pizza in the town so far I have ever had. If like spicy stuff must recommend Hot oil pizza with stingers and garlic. Also tried Veggie pizza and White pizza that are also good Must recommend. ”
“ I’ve been to Riko’s Fairfield location 3 times and I have to say, the appetizers are phenomenal and the pizza is superb! I love the wings and the Signature Burrata for my appetizer selection and the stinger pie is fabulous! Aside from great food, the personnel is what locks in % satisfaction. Jay, the owner (don’t know his last name) and Justin, the bartender, are the quintessential hosts of your experience! Justin makes the BEST Grey Goose Pear Martinis! It’s a must to visit!
